This is because, when zoomed in, you find that the preset brushes leave tiny, lighter pixels around the actual color, which is why the fill bucket leaves the white border as it's technically already colored. Using those tools instead of the brushes keeps the white border from showing up when filling in the image. To avoid this, use the 'curve' and 'line' tools in the shapes box for lineart. Lineart Trick- Most people already know that when you use the brushes on Paint for lineart, when you fill them in they have this ugly white border around the filled area. Do NOT be afraid to use MS Paint because it's considered a 'bad' program. If you know how to use it, it can be a good starting program if you can't get anything else. MS Paint is NOT a 'cringy' or 'horrible' drawing program, despite popular belief.
